\ud83e\udd2f Comme vous l\u2019imaginez, nous nous sommes creus\u00e9s la t\u00eate afin de trouver un nom repr\u00e9sentatif de notre activit\u00e9 de SERVICES li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019informatique. Et voil\u00e0, nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 le mot SERVICES (facile \ud83d\ude00)<\/p>

\u27a1 Ensuite, nous devions \u00e9voquer notre activit\u00e9 de simplification, d\u2019optimisation et d\u2019automatisation. Pour cela, il existe un acronyme en anglais qui est RPA pour \u00ab\u00a0Robotic Process Automation\u00a0\u00bb :
